İf there should be a cut off of the electricity, the residence has a generator of 65 kw. This system is also stabilised by a full authomatical regulator system İf there is a cut off of water, the residence has a water tank of 3 tons. This system is added by an hydrofor system also.
There is a big antenna system with which you can recive all channels from Astra, Hotbird and Türksat. Iin every room there is this system installed.

The next house has also a high quality. İt has a heating system, tiled floors, first class kitchen, etc.

This residence is in Alanya- Turkey, at the turkish Riviera, in Mahmutlar. İt has a view of Alanya, the mountains and the sea. The distance to the beach and the sea is just 4,5 km. And the distance to the international airport is just 130 km.

Room description
The main house is built over 2 floors. İn the first floor there is the saloon, dining room, kitchen with depot, private sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, clothing area, big bathroom, guest toilet and the entrance There are 2 overroofed terraces directly at thje saloon and the dining room.
İn the second floor there are 2 guest rooms, each with own bathroom, a big room which is used as office with a bibliothek, a room which is used now as a hobby room, a guest toilet and a technical room. The whole front side of the villa has a big balcony.
The next house is in a type of 2 seperate apartments. Each has 3 bedrooms, saloon, kitchen and a big panorama terrace.
